Instructions
- Blend the bananas, coconut milk, and spices together.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and add maple syrup, chia seeds, and extracts.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight to thicken.

- Combine the granola, coconut sugar, and ground ginger in a small bowl.
