Instructions
- Mash the banana and divide it evenly between two small jars.
- Layer a spoonful of nut butter on top of the banana in each jar.
- In a separate bowl, mix the coconut milk, chia seeds, vanilla, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Let the mixture sit for a few minutes, then whisk again to eliminate clumps.
- Pour the chia mixture into the jars with the banana and nut butter, adding more nut butter on top.
- Cover the jars and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve cold or warmed, adding additional toppings as desired.
