Instructions
- Combine half-and-half and milk in a small saucepan over medium heat and warm it up.
- Stir in chocolate chips and whisk until melted and smooth.
- Add a dash of vanilla extract and peppermint oil, then taste and adjust as needed.
- Stir in peppermint schnapps if using.
- Top with whipped cream and crushed candy canes before serving.
