Instructions
- Wash and slice off the ends of the cucumbers, then smash them gently and cut into ½-inch pieces.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing soy sauce, black vinegar, sugar, chili crisp, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and salt in a bowl until dissolved.
- Combine the smashed cucumbers with minced garlic, scallions, red Thai pepper, and cilantro in a large bowl.
- Toss the cucumber mixture with the dressing and serve immediately.
