Brie Pesto Grilled Cheese

soft butter

basil pesto

brie cheese (thinly sliced)

sweet and tangy sun-dried peppers (drained and chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 2. Butter the outside of each slice of bread.
- 3. Spread basil pesto on the inside of each slice of bread.
- 4. Place the peppers and brie cheese slices on top of one piece of bread and cover with the other slice.
- 5. Place the sandwich, butter side down, on the hot pan.
- 6. Grill for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
- 7. Flip and cook until golden brown and the cheese has melted, about 2 more minutes.
- 8. Serve immediately.
