Healthier Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Sweet and Sour Sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix all the meatball ingredients by hand and roll them into balls.
- Place the meatballs on the baking sheet, making about 28 meatballs.
- Bake for 16-18 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- While the meatballs are baking, heat all the sweet and sour sauce ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Let the sauce bubble, then reduce the heat to medium and whisk often, simmering for at least 5 minutes until thickened.
- Cover the cooked meatballs with the sweet and sour sauce and serve immediately.
