Instructions
- Combine the meatball ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1-1/2 inches wide.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the meatballs until browned on all sides, then remove them from the pan.
- In the same skillet, heat oil and sauté garlic until fragrant, then add water, vinegar, sweet chili sauce, sugar, and salt, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with a little water to create a slurry, add it to the skillet, and simmer until thickened.
- Return the meatballs to the skillet and stir until coated in the sauce.
