Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil and cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat with all meatball ingredients and mix well.
- Roll the mixture into meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through, checking temperature reaches 165°F.
- While meatballs are baking, whisk together all sauce ingredients and heat until simmering.
- Remove meatballs from oven, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve meatballs on their own or over rice or quinoa.
