Easy Shrimp Fried Rice

Instructions
- Marinate the shrimp with sesame oil, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, lime juice, and garlic powder for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the fried rice sauce by mixing soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, fish sauce, minced garlic, and chili garlic sauce.
- Cook the marinated shrimp in a skillet over high heat for 4 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
- In the same skillet, add more sesame oil and sauté the white parts of green onions and minced carrots for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the chilled white rice, red pepper, and edamame, and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the fried rice sauce and cooked shrimp, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Create a well in the center of the pan, crack in the eggs, and scramble them with soy sauce until cooked.
- Mix everything together and serve with the green parts of the green onion.
