Instructions
- Mix the seasoning blend and sprinkle half on the chicken breast, letting it sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Transfer the chicken to a bowl to cool.
- Mash the avocado in a bowl and mix in the pesto, mayonnaise, green onion, celery, and remaining seasoning.
- Shred or cube the chicken and add it to the avocado mixture, then squeeze in lemon juice.
- Divide the mixture between croissants and serve.
