Instructions
- Prepare a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan by spraying it with oil and lining it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt to make the nougat layer, then press it into the pan and freeze.
- For the caramel layer, mix peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth, then spread it over the nougat layer and sprinkle with peanuts, pressing them in gently.
- For the chocolate layer, combine cacao powder, coconut oil, and maple syrup, then spread it over the caramel layer and freeze until firm.
- Once firm, remove from the pan using parchment paper and slice into 16 bars.
