Healthy Homemade Snickers Bars

The filling

The chocolate coating

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the crust ingredients until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into the pan and bake for 18 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a saucepan, combine the filling ingredients and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and boil for 3 minutes until thickened.
- Pour the filling over the crust and sprinkle with salted peanuts, pressing them down slightly. Freeze for 1 hour.
- Cut into 12 bars and freeze for an additional 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil, then dunk each bar in the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt while still warm and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
