Chocolate Coating
Instructions
- Prepare a square or loaf pan with cooking spray or parchment paper.
- In a bowl or food processor, mix almond meal, coconut flour, and maple syrup until crumbly. Add milk gradually until smooth.
- Pour the nougat mixture into the prepared pan and refrigerate.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat almond butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil until combined, whisking well.
- Pour the caramel over the nougat layer and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Freeze to chill faster.
- Melt the chocolate chips and dip each bar in chocolate until covered. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
