Instructions
- Prepare the date caramel and set aside ¼ cup.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or using a double boiler until smooth.
- Spread the melted chocolate evenly on the baking sheet.
- Dollop the date caramel around the chocolate and swirl it in.
- Dollop and swirl the peanut butter into the chocolate mixture.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts and flaky sea salt on top.
- Freeze for about 1 hour until set, then break into pieces.
