Easy Chocolate Date Bark

Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the dates open and flatten them on the parchment paper.
- Press the dates down evenly across the pan using a flat-bottomed cup.
- Melt the peanut butter in the microwave and drizzle it over the dates.
- Add the chopped walnuts on top of the peanut butter.
- Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the date and peanut butter layer, covering it completely.
- Freeze the bark for 20-30 minutes until set.
- Cut into large pieces for serving.
