Easy Chocolate Date Bark

Ingredients

The base

  • 2.5 cups medjool dates
  • 1.5 cups chocolate chips

The toppings

  • cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the dates open and flatten them on the parchment paper.
  3. Press the dates down evenly across the pan using a flat-bottomed cup.
  4. Melt the peanut butter in the microwave and drizzle it over the dates.
  5. Add the chopped walnuts on top of the peanut butter.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave until smooth.
  7. Pour the melted chocolate over the date and peanut butter layer, covering it completely.
  8. Freeze the bark for 20-30 minutes until set.
  9. Cut into large pieces for serving.
