Ingredients

  • 20 pieces Medjool Dates, pitted
  • cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • ½ cup Raw Peanuts
  • 1 ½ cups Chocolate Chips
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 pinch Flaky Salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dates by slicing them open and removing the pits, then smash them down and line them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Use a glass sprayed with oil to press the dates down and flatten them.
  3. Drizzle peanut butter over the flattened dates and top with crushed peanuts.
  4. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave, stirring in between increments.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the date and peanut mixture until fully coated.
  6. Refrigerate for one hour or freeze for 35 minutes until the chocolate is set.
  7. Sprinkle with flaky salt, break apart, and enjoy. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
