Instructions
- Prepare the dates by slicing them open and removing the pits, then smash them down and line them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Use a glass sprayed with oil to press the dates down and flatten them.
- Drizzle peanut butter over the flattened dates and top with crushed peanuts.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave, stirring in between increments.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the date and peanut mixture until fully coated.
- Refrigerate for one hour or freeze for 35 minutes until the chocolate is set.
- Sprinkle with flaky salt, break apart, and enjoy. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
