Instructions
- Soak the skewers in water for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and prepare a baking sheet with oil.
- Mix the spices and peanut butter in a bowl.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry and slice them into thin pieces.
- Thread the chicken onto the skewers, about four pieces per skewer.
- Brush the chicken with the spice mixture and place on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle with oil and bake for about 20 minutes, rotating halfway through.
- Switch to broiler setting for the last 3 minutes to crisp the chicken.
- Serve warm with African Pepper Sauce.
