Ingredients

The oatmeal mixture

  • ½ cup Instant Oats
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp brown sugar

The fruit

  • ¼ cup peaches
  • ¼ cup blueberries

The liquid

  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine the oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small resealable bag.
  2. Place the cut-up fruit into cups or mason jars.
  3. When ready to eat, add 1 cup of hot water to the cup or jar and cover for one minute until the oats absorb the water.
