Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F and line one baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, olive oil, maple syrup, tamari, and liquid smoke in a bowl.
- Coat the almonds with the mixture and spread them on the lined baking sheet, baking for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Raise the oven temperature to 425°F and trim the Brussels sprouts, cutting them in half.
- Coat the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper on another baking sheet.
- Roast the Brussels sprouts for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
- Whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and garlic in a bowl.
- Toss the hot Brussels sprouts with the mixture and sprinkle with smoky almond bits before serving.
