Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond butter, water, maple syrup, sriracha, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Add the Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss well to coat them.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on the baking sheet in an even layer, cut-side down.
- Bake for 20 minutes, tossing halfway through, until crispy.
