Instructions
- Use a spiralizer or vegetable peeler to prepare the zucchini ribbons.
- Set the zucchini noodles aside on a towel to absorb moisture if desired.
- In a bowl, combine the onion, garlic, lemon juice, and fresh dill.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and toss everything together.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Let the salad sit for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Transfer the salad to a new bowl before serving to remove excess moisture.
