Green Goddess Salad Dressing
The cooking

Instructions
- Place the zucchini noodles on paper towels, sprinkle with salt, and let them sweat for at least 30 minutes.
- Squeeze out any excess water from the zucchini noodles.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the zucchini noodles for 3-4 minutes until soft.
- Transfer the cooked zucchini noodles to a large bowl.
- Add chopped tomatoes, olives, feta cheese, and basil to the bowl and stir to combine.
- Cover and chill the salad in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Top with sliced avocado just before serving.
