Instructions
- Prepare the tare sauce by combining all its ingredients in a small saucepan and bringing it to a boil, then set aside.
- Thread chicken pieces onto bamboo skewers, alternating with scallions.
- Preheat the BBQ grill and season the chicken with salt, turning the skewers to ensure even cooking.
- Once the chicken is nearly cooked, brush with tare sauce and grill for an additional 30-40 seconds on each side before serving.
