Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a 12-well muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, onion, garlic, egg, almond flour, ketchup, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
- Divide the meatloaf mixture evenly between the 12 muffin wells.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the muffins are cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove the muffins from the tray and serve hot.
