Ingredients

  • 1 pound 93% lean ground turkey
  • ½ onion minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup prepared ketchup (sugar-free for Whole30)
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • as needed spray nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a 12-well muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, onion, garlic, egg, almond flour, ketchup, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  3. Divide the meatloaf mixture evenly between the 12 muffin wells.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the muffins are cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Remove the muffins from the tray and serve hot.
