Sesame Noodles with Swiss Chard and Chicken

Instructions
- Boil water in a large saucepan, salt it, and add the chicken breast. Cover and let it sit off the heat for about 15 minutes.
- Check the chicken for doneness, returning it to the water if necessary. Remove the chicken and let it rest.
- Bring the water back to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to package directions. Place the chard in a colander.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Drain the pasta over the chard and transfer to a large bowl. Toss with sesame oil.
- Shred the chicken and add it to the bowl with noodles and chard. Add scallions and sauce, then toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
