Sesame Sautéed Swiss Chard

The greens

Swiss chard leaves, stems removed, roughly chopped
The seasoning

tamari

Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over low-medium heat and add sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the Swiss chard and increase the heat to medium, mixing to coat the greens in the oil and garlic mixture.
- Once the greens wilt slightly, add tamari and toss to coat.
- Add water, cover, and reduce heat to low, cooking for 8-10 minutes until the greens are tender.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more tamari or water as needed, and serve warm.
