Homemade Potato Chips

The toppings

Instructions
- Slice the potatoes super thin, about 1/16 inches.
- Soak the potato slices in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat the potatoes dry.
- Toss the dried potatoes with olive oil to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F and cook the potatoes in batches for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Season the cooked chips with garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Top with crumbled feta and lemon zest if desired.
