Air Fryer Homemade Crunchy Potato Chips

Instructions
- Wash and scrub the potatoes, then slice them into chips about 1/10th of an inch thick.
- Soak the sliced potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- After soaking, dry the potatoes thoroughly.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
- Sprinkle the potato slices with salt and add them to the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd.
- Spray the potato slices with cooking oil.
- Cook the potatoes at 400 degrees for 8 minutes, then shake the basket.
- Continue cooking for an additional 7 minutes or until the chips are golden brown.
- In a food processor, blend the buttermilk powder, onion powder, and chives for 20-30 seconds.
- Remove the chips from the air fryer and toss them with the seasoning mixture.
- Allow the chips to cool for 30 minutes to become crunchier before serving.
