Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 180C/350F.
- Cut the potatoes into thin slices using a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife.
- Soak the potato slices in a large bowl of ice water for 5 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange a single layer of potato slices.
- Spritz with more oil, add salt, and air fry for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
