Ingredients

  • 1 piece juicy clementine or tangerine, peeled and broken into segments
  • 1 small beet, peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup red berries of choice (such as raspberries or strawberries)
  • ½ piece ripe banana, preferably frozen
  • 2 tablespoons raw or roasted almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • a pinch fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the clementine segments, beet, berries, banana, almond butter, chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla, and sea salt in a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Enjoy immediately!
