Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • ½ cup prepared mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup prepared mango chutney
  • ¼ cup sliced or chopped almonds, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons dried currants

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Stir to mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve the salad by itself, on lettuce, or on toast.
