Ingredients

Dressing

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp honey
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • to taste freshly cracked pepper

Salad

  • 2.5 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 3 whole green onions
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • ½ cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, honey, curry powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Cook the chicken breasts after seasoning them with salt and pepper, then let them cool.
  3. Dice the celery and slice the green onions.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the green onions, celery, sliced almonds, and raisins.
  5. Chop the cooled chicken into small cubes and add it to the bowl with the other ingredients.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix to coat everything evenly.
