Curry Chicken Salad

The dressing

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2. Place the chicken in a covered baking dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until cooked through.
- 3. Let the chicken cool, then cut it into cubes.
- 4. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, celery, scallions, raisins, and walnuts.
- 5. In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt (or mayonnaise), lemon juice, curry powder, salt, and turmeric.
- 6. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir to coat evenly.
- 7. Transfer the salad to an airtight container and refrigerate.
