Easy Curry Chicken Salad

The dressing

Instructions
- Chop the cooked chicken and vegetables into small pieces.
- Combine chicken, celery, carrots, onion, almonds, raisins, and cilantro in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and mix well.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
