Healthy Curry Chicken Salad

Instructions
- Combine chicken, green onions, cilantro, celery, cashews, and raisins in a mixing bowl.
- Blend the dressing ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Serve.
