Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, celery seed, and salt and pepper.
- Add chicken, celery, grapes, scallions, almonds, and parsley to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve on bread or in lettuce cups.
