The dressing

Instructions
- Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, grapes, celery, almonds, green onions, and cilantro.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken salad and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve in lettuce, tortillas, croissants, or bread.
