Ingredients

  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • a fat pinch kosher salt
  • a dash black pepper

Instructions

  2. Whisk or shake until well mixed.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Allow to sit at room temperature or store in the refrigerator.
