Instructions
- Cream together butter and sugar for the cookies.
- Beat in eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.
- Add baking soda, baking powder, and flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Cover and refrigerate the dough for 4-6 hours.
- Roll out the dough to ¼ inch thick on a floured surface.
- Cut into small circles (2½ inches in diameter) and bake at 425°F for 3-4 minutes.
- Allow cookies to cool before frosting.
- For the frosting, beat together all ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Let the frosting set lightly after a few hours.
