Ingredients

  • cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • cup pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup mashed banana
  • 2 large eggs
  • cups Kalona Supernatural Organic Plain Kefir or milk of choice
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon fine salt
  • teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • cups frozen berries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375℉ and prepare a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and optionally top with extra frozen berries.
  4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until the center is set.
  5. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
