Topping
Instructions
- Pour the fresh coconut water into a glass and set aside.
- Scoop out the fresh coconut meat and add it to a food processor or blender.
- Add honey and ice cubes to the food processor and puree until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a glass and freeze while preparing Layer 2.
- In the food processor, add all Layer 2 ingredients and pulse until chunky.
- Add Layer 2 to the frozen Layer 1 and top with sliced bananas.
