10-Minute Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 9 pieces no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 1 15-ounce container ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese)
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups chopped fresh spinach leaves
  • ¾ cup roughly-chopped fresh basil leaves
  • cup freshly-grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Spread ¾ cup of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Layer 3 lasagna noodles, half of the ricotta, 1 cup of mozzarella, 1 cup of spinach, and ¼ cup of basil.
  4. Repeat the layering process with another layer of marinara, noodles, ricotta, mozzarella, spinach, and basil.
  5. Finish with a final layer of marinara, noodles, and mozzarella.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and browned.
  8. Let it cool slightly, then sprinkle with Parmesan and remaining basil before serving.
