Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, celery, green onions, garlic, carrot, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, egg, and panko, mixing until combined.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a wire rack lined baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 5-7 minutes until lightly browned.
- Transfer the meatballs to a crock pot and pour buffalo sauce over them, gently tossing to coat.
- Cook on LOW for 2 hours.
- Serve with a drizzle of ranch dressing.
