Jamaica Flower Iced Tea

dried jamaica flowers

lime, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Boil 4 cups of water in a pot.
- Remove from heat and add dried jamaica flowers and sugar, then cover and steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain the infusion into a pitcher and add 3 cups of cold water.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or water as needed.
- Cool completely and serve over ice with lime slices.
