Instructions
- Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté minced onions until soft.
- Mix all meatball ingredients in a bowl until combined and fluffy.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into balls, placing them on a foil-lined sheet pan.
- In the same pan, cook half of the meatballs, turning them until browned, then remove to the sheet pan.
- Repeat with the remaining meatballs.
- For the cream sauce, heat cream cheese in the microwave, then add brandy and beef broth to the pan, scraping up brown bits.
- Blend the sauce until smooth, then return to the pan and add cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
- Simmer until the sauce thickens, adjusting seasoning as needed.
- Serve meatballs with sauce, garnished with parsley.
