Easy Lemon Dill Tofu

The dressing

garlic

fresh lemon juice

tahini

dill pickle juice (or water)

nutritional yeast (optional)

extra virgin olive oil

fresh dill weed

Instructions
- Press the tofu for about 25 minutes to drain excess water.
- Prepare the lemon dill dressing in a food processor.
- Preheat a skillet over high heat and add the cooking oil.
- Chop the tofu into small squares.
- Add the tofu to the hot skillet and cook for about 6 minutes, then flip and cook for another 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the tofu from heat and combine it with the dressing in a bowl, stirring until well coated.
- Serve immediately on its own, in a wrap, on a salad, or over grains and vegetables.
