Instructions
- Press and tear the tofu into bite-sized pieces, then toss with soy sauce.
- Add lemon pepper seasoning and cornstarch to the tofu, ensuring it's well coated.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook the tofu until crispy, about 5 to 8 minutes.
- In a separate pan, combine lemon pepper sauce ingredients and bring to a boil, then simmer for 4 minutes until thickened.
- Pour the sauce over the tofu and toss to coat, then garnish with lemon zest and parsley.
