Ingredients

The salsa

  • 1 pound red seedless grapes, stemmed and quartered
  • ½ small red onion, peeled and minced
  • ½ medium jalapeno, stemmed, seeded and minced
  • ½ bunch cilantro, coarsely chopped
  • 1-2 medium limes, zest and juice
  • to taste none coarse salt

For serving

  • to taste none tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized glass bowl.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
