Instructions
- Blend the banana and 1 egg in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and whisk in the remaining 2 eggs until combined.
- Add the almond flour and baking powder, mixing until smooth.
- Heat a nonstick pan over low/medium heat and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Scoop about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- Repeat until all batter is used.
