Instructions
- Soak the cashews overnight in water, or boil them for 5-10 minutes to soften.
- Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
- In a high-speed blender, blend the cashews, filtered water, and sea salt until smooth and creamy.
- Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed and add more water if necessary to reach the desired consistency.
- Optional: Add any extra flavorings or seasonings, then blend again to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a storage container and refrigerate.
